Viking Food Co. uses Grubhub to bring our students, faculty and staff a convenient and fast way to place orders for pickup.

Signing up for Grubhub is easy and allows for several payment options. Your account can be linked directly to your VikingCard giving you a variety of options for dining on campus.

How to Use Grubhub

1. Download the Grubhub app (available for Apple and Android).
2. Set up for Grubhub account. Be sure to turn notifications on so you’ll be notified when your order is ready.
3. From the settings menu (gear icon), select Campus Dining and choose Cleveland State University.
4. Add your VikingCard to directly link your meal plan (Cash Equivalency and Dining Dollars), to Grubhub.

GRUBHUB Letter Hunt (Event Start Date- 9/08/26)

Think you've got what it takes to be the first to complete the set?

Order from participating Viking Food Co. dining locations through Grubhub during the promotion period to collect exclusive letter tokens. Each qualifying order will receive one random letter token in their mobile order bag. Your goal is to collect all seven letters needed to spell GRUBHUB:

The first eligible participant to collect the complete set and have it verified by Viking Food Co. will win one electric scooter.

Not all letters are distributed equally. Some letters are more difficult to find than others, and letter distribution may change throughout the promotion. Every qualifying order offers another chance to add to your collection.

Once you have collected all seven letters, bring your completed set to the Viking Food Co. Front Desk, Berkman Hall, Room 118, Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The first participant to present a complete, valid set during these hours and successfully pass verification will be declared the winner.

Terms & Condtions:

1. Promotion is open to currently enrolled Cleveland State University students who are at least 18 years of age.
2. Promotion is valid only during the advertised promotion period or while supplies last.
3. Only qualifying Grubhub orders placed at participating Viking Food Co. dining locations are eligible to receive one (1) random letter token while supplies last.
4. Letter distribution is random. Some letters are more limited than others, and duplicate letters may be distributed.
5. Letter availability may vary throughout the promotion period.
6. Letter tokens have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
7. Participants may trade letter tokens at their own discretion. Viking Food Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, traded, or counterfeit tokens.
8. Only original, authentic letter tokens issued by Viking Food Co. will be accepted. Photocopies, reproductions, altered tokens, or damaged tokens that cannot be authenticated will not be accepted.
9. To claim the prize, participants must present their completed GRUBHUB letter set in person at the Viking Food Co. Front Desk, Berkman Hall, Room 118, Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
10. The winner will be the first participant to present a complete, valid set of original letter tokens at the designated location during the stated hours and successfully pass verification by Viking Food Co. staff.
11. The order in which participants arrive at the Viking Food Co. Front Desk will determine priority for verification. Viking Food Co.'s determination of the first verified completed set is final.
12. Once a winner has been verified and awarded the prize, the promotion will immediately end, and no additional completed sets will be eligible for a prize.
13. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and current enrollment at Cleveland State University before receiving the prize.
14. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Viking Food Co. and Cleveland State University permission to use their name, likeness, and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
15. Viking Food Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion in the event of fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
